Technical Director

This is a Technical Director level position with a direct role in guiding agency strategy, policy and practice. This position will lead the development of an integrated technology capability as well as drive interdisciplinary technology direction for brands and partners. On larger initiatives, you’ll partner with other directors to lead strategy & planning and coordinate across teams. You’ll be looked to inspire and elevate the people around you to embrace new technology and seek deeper creative connections through digital tools and media. Your team will be responsible for both generating strategies as well as implementing solutions across digital platforms, devices, and environments. This is a central role in the evolution of collective practice.

Responsibilities include:

  • Channeling global trends in technology, user-experience and experience design.
  • Leading project planning and technology strategy development on all digital programs
  • Managing multiple projects from concept through completion
  • Recruiting, hiring & managing digital talent and identifying strategic partners
  • Leading outside partnerships on all services and programs
  • Providing quality control over concepts and design execution
  • Representing Nelson Cash thought leadership at industry and client events
  • Directly report to Partners.
  • Sits on the Agency Leadership Team
